A Wealth of Talents
Beauty Gems Factory Co., Ltd’s employees are rich in the skills and craftsmanship for which Thailand is renowned. Complemented by the company’s traditional in-house training, skills are passed on from one generation to another, creating a great heritage that ensure the continuance of a wealth of talents. All of which are essential for the production of fine gems and jewelry.
In addition to providing necessary training programmes for its employee, Beauty Gems Factory Co., Ltd. has also made Contributions to the development of Thailand’s gem and jewelry industry by:
- – Providing “introduction to craftsmanship” courses under a bilateral education system with governmental agencies such as the Department of Vocational Education. Ministry of Education, the Golden Jubilee Royal Goldsmith College, Kanchanapisek Technical College of H.R.H. Pricess Maha Chakri Sirindhom.
- – Sponsoring the Office of Thailand Research Fund.
- – Cooperating with universities, for example, to produce gemology textbooks for Srinakharinwirot University Prasanmit Campus.
- – Assigning employees to attend training courses to enchance their work efficiency at the Technology and the Thailand Productivity Institute.
- – Providing training programs, conducted by international specialists.
